WANTED:
Church Calligrapher
Saint Paul’s Memorial Foundation is looking for a parishioner
who would like to take on the position of Church
Calligrapher. The role of Church Calligrapher would be to enter the names
of people and gifts given to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in the “Book of
Remembrances” located in the display case found at the back of the sanctuary. It
has been some time since the book has been updated and there are many gifts that
have been given to the church which should be recorded for all to see. If you
enjoy writing in a calligraphy style and would like to take on this ministry,
please call Chip Kinne at 748-3803 or drop an email to
chlkdust@aol.com.
Won’t
You Help Us?
We are always glad to share a cup of joe with all of you, but we find that $1.00
for coffee and a doughnut is not covering our costs. The cost of coffee and
doughnuts has continued to go up and we need your help in offsetting this. We
buy socially responsible coffee through a local vendor, Java Joe’s, so we are
doing our part to support the local economy and promote good working conditions
in the fields. Throw a fiver in every now and again and know that you are
promoting the good will of St. Paul’s.
